Hello! I’m Pastor Jake, and I’m glad you found our website! We hope you’ll reach out. Or even better, come see us in person!

I’m originally from Buffalo, NY, where I met my wife, Kim. We have a daughter, Ellie, who was born in August of 2013. I wasn’t always a pastor. Before entering ministry, I owned and operated a floor-covering business. Then the Lord called me into pastoral ministry, which brought our family to Kingston, NY, where we served for six years. After an amazing season there, God called us to ministry here at Clearview in Schodack, NY, in the Capital Region.

I was saved from a life of drugs and alcohol when I was 16 years old. From that moment on, Jesus Christ has been my focus and passion. Whether I was kicking in carpets or preaching from the pulpit, Jesus has always been at the center of it all. I’m incredibly grateful for the grace of God and the privilege of serving Him and His people.

When I’m not doing pastoral ministry, I enjoy spending time with my family, coffee (I enjoy that at all times!), reading, sports (Go Bills!), and musicals. That last one tends to surprise people!
